Jessica (Jessie Bear) is Alanna's younger sister, best friend and funniest person she knows. Although they live in different states they still take time to talk almost every day. These sisters have come along way from fighting over Barbies and Alanna is grateful that Jessica is always there for her when she needs her and so excited to have her as Maid of Honor!
Mike is Jeff's younger brother, best man and best friend. Mike has been a teammate, a confidant, and most importantly someone Jeff has always been able to go to. Jeff and Mike have always been there for each other and there is no one else in the world that Jeff would want as his Best Man. Jeff could not be more thrilled to have Mike by his side for this important day.
Alanna and Kristin met one day in High School at the Danbury Mall through mutual friend (and bridesmaid) Claire. Alanna never imagined that the wacky blonde she met for a few minutes at a mall would come to be her college roomate, travel partner and best friend. After five years of being inseparable Kristin moved to Manhattan to do Teach for America. Despite the distance they remained best friends, making many weekend trips from Boston to NY. Alanna is so impressed with the amazing and strong woman Kristin has become over the years and is so excited to have her be a part of this special day.
Pete has been one of Jeff's best friends since high school and the two have had some of the most fun and done some of the dumbest, funny things that either can remember. Pete and Jeff love catching Celtics game together and arguing about the Pats and Giants. Pete and Jeff have been through some of the most ridiculous moments of their lives together and Jeff wouldn't change any of their memories for a second. Pete has always been there for Jeff and has been like a brother to Jeff for years.
Dara has been Alanna's best friend since she was only 6 months old. Growing up together, Dara has always been like a sister to Alanna. Over the past 25 years Dara and Alanna have experienced a lot together, learning to walk and talk, taking their first dance classes, learning to drive, and working together at their first jobs. Despite having to maintain a long distance relationship when Dara's family moved 6 hours away in high school they kept in close touch, making long drives to visit each other and spending many hours on the phone discussing important high school drama. Alanna is so happy to have Dara living close by again and included in this next big step in her life.
Mike has been one of Jeff's best friends since the 6th grade when the two used to ride the bus together. Since then the two have been teamates on the soccer field, the baseball field and the basketball court, and even went to the prom together! (Just kidding) Jeff would like to thank Mike for all of the love and support over the years and also congratulate him on his engagement!
Claire and Alanna's friendship dates back to 1990 when they were in the same kindergarten class. Despite school changes and many years apart the two reconnected in High School. Senior year Alanna and Claire were both accepted to Northeastern University in Boston and after careful consideration they decided to be roommates. Claire's calming demeanor has helped Alanna through many tough situations such as scary shots and bungee jumping. Alanna is so thankful for Claire's friendship, love and support over the years.
Kyle and Jeff have been friends since pre-school and while they went their seperate ways in grade school, they were reunited in high school and have been close ever since. Kyle and Jeff are part of a rare breed who love the Sox, Celts and Giants, so they always have plenty to talk about and argue about and have been having fun together for over 20 years now. Jeff could not be happier to have such great friend standing with him on his wedding day.
Alanna and Kat have been friends since the first grade. Their friendship grew through Alanna's fascination with Kat's yearly Irish dancing performance at their elementary school. Kat's big, amazing Irish family was another fascination of Alanna's, and she always enjoyed attending the O'Hanlon family parties and vacations. Being included in family occasions has made these two more like sisters. Alanna really appreciates the friendship she has with Kat, and that no matter how long they go without speaking they always pick up right where they left off.
Nick has been one of Jeff's closest friends for years because of his ridiculous antics, his sense of humor and most importantly his big heart. Nick has always made Jeff's life interesting to say the least and is always there to make you smile. As you can see in the picture, Nick has a great smile himself and Jeff definitely loves him very much.
